Having Mr. Peter Jordan & Ms. Morgan of Lain-Sullivan Funeral Directors guide my husband and myself through one of the most important and difficult times our lives—the passing of my beloved mother—was beyond my expectation. They were kind, compassionate, extremely professional, and availed us at any time with any questions. The service/celebration of life for my mother, was positively beautiful. The funeral home itself It’s very elegant, and at the same time very warm and inviting: which is also how I would describe Mr. Jordan and Ms. Morgan. ~M.E

I want to sincerely thank Lain-Sullivan Funeral Directors in Park Forest, IL for the exceptional care and service they provided during the loss of my son, Ares D. Roper. From the beginning, Mr. Peter Jordan and Mrs. Morgan handled everything with professionalism, compassion and respect. They made an incredibly difficult time just a little easier for our family, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The way they welcomed and supported our family and friends during the services truly went above and beyond. The number of people who came to pay their respects was overwhelming, and Lain-Sullivan made sure everyone felt comfortable and cared for. I'm deeply grateful for the way they honored Ares and supported us through such a painful moment. I would absolutely recommend their services to any family needing support during a loss. THANK YOU again, Mr. Jordan and Mrs. Morgan, for treating our family with such dignity and kindness. Best, The Roper Family

I had to coordinate a celebration of life service for my father recently and I’d first to like to sorry for your loss if you’re reading this post. Our arrangements involved services in Florida and Illinois. I had no clue how that was supposed to happen. However, I am thankful we were referred to Mr. Jordan and team. This is a business true enough but their level of compassion and understanding is unmatched. I was able to coordinate everything over the phone and via email. Mr. Jordan took his time to answer my questions and Ms. Morgan assisted me whenever I had follow up questions. On the day of the service everything was perfect. Having the chapel open to only our family really makes a difference! No confusing parking or halls to remember. Just you and the time necessary to honor your loved ones for one last time on this Earth. In addition, the military tribute at the veterans cemetery was coordinated without any issues. I can’t thank them enough for helping us honor our father.

We used this funeral home and director Pete Jordan. Pete handled everything. Walked us through every step one step at a time. Pete was kind professional knowledgeable and just a great calming person. My dad’s funeral was grave side with his family and friends. We were having Img trouble finding a Lutheran minister before our out of towners had to leave. I asked Mr Jordan if he would o my dad’s service and he said he would be honored. What a relief and we could not have asked for a better service!! Pete Jordan gets an A+ from our family and friends. Thank you and in the future your our funeral home when needed
