  As a care manager, I have had an exceptional experience with the management and support of the team at Keystone at Richland Creek. Our clients often transition there to receive additional assistance, and we are always grateful for their listening ear, responsiveness, and dedication to meeting each client’s individual needs. I would like to extend our sincere thanks to the entire team for their kindness and professionalism. Their partnership has been instrumental in ensuring a safe, supportive environment for those we serve. We are very grateful for the care and compassion shown each day.

  My mother-in-law lived here for several years, and our family had a consistently positive experience. The administration and staff truly care about their residents and go above and beyond to provide quality care. Everyone we interacted with was professional, kind, and respectful. They always treated our family with consideration and kept us informed, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. One thing that really stood out is how active the residents are—there are always activities, outings, and opportunities to stay engaged and social. It’s not easy trusting others with a loved one’s care, but this community made that decision easier for us. We’re very grateful for the compassion and dedication they showed over the years. Highly recommend.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A True Blessing for Our Family My father, Paul, has lived at Keystone Assisted Living at Richland Creek in O’Fallon, IL for several years, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this community. My dad has Alzheimer’s, and Keystone has been an absolute blessing to both him and our entire family. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff makes you feel welcomed and cared for. They are always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything we need. The kitchen staff is phenomenal—not only is the food great, but they are incredibly understanding and patient, especially when it comes to residents who may need extra support or special accommodations. Their kindness never goes unnoticed. But above all, the nursing staff is truly remarkable. I honestly cannot praise them enough. They take exceptional care of my dad and treat him with genuine compassion and dignity. Knowing they check on him throughout the night gives me such peace of mind. Anytime I need something or have a concern, I can call and it’s handled within minutes. Their communication and responsiveness are outstanding. The facility itself is also beautiful—new, well-maintained, and consistently clean. You can tell the staff takes pride in keeping everything in great condition. Most importantly, my dad loves Keystone and truly views it as his home. That means everything to me. If you are looking for an assisted living community that is caring, responsive, clean, and filled with amazing staff who truly go above and beyond, I highly recommend Keystone Assisted Living at Richland Creek. 💙

  This place looks is very nice, very clean building and nice rooms but the outside is the only thing that looks nice about this building. Ive never experienced people who shows no compassion, no sympathy or anything regarding people or their families. My aunt recently passed and they didn't give our family a grace period, a sorry or anything. They only cared about money saying we had to move all her items before the beginning of the month otherwise we would have to pay a daily fee. My aunt wasn't even in the ground before that came about. Yes it's a nice facility with activities but the fact these folks only care about money is insane. We had to get help from one of their caregivers to help and I appreciate her for that I wish I knew her name. overall management only cares about money. They lie and scheme just to get people in and charge them. This isn't a family setting its people taking advantage of seniors and their finances. I wouldn't consider this place at all.
