- BBBrea BrownDec 11, 20231.0First off this is NOT a 5 star facility! I picked up with agency for the weekend and the residents were SHOCKED I was using soap and water when I was providing care. Their regular staff does NOT wear gloves or do proper hand washing! I did more work than the actual staff. The older ladies in the kitchen are rude! Some of the nurses were “mean girls”! This is one facility I would NOT put my own family in and they are not to friendly to the brown skinned people. I feel sorry for the residents! UPDATE: THE NURSE LIED AND SAID SHE ASKED ME TO TAKE PPL OUT THE DINING ROOM WHICH WAS NOT THE TRUE..I WAS ALREADY TAKING RESIDENTS OUT OF THE DINING ROOM!!
