Very bad experience similar to other people described. This center will close eventually they are half empty because of the reason. Avoid. They have no clue about the kids care. They know how to collect tuition every month and write emails/ schedule meetings. They cannot provide what they promise. On positive side: clean and beautiful building, good location that is all. Avoid!!!

I had my daughter here and it was a great experience. Not only was the care she was given excellent but also she learned a grew from her thoughtful teachers and interactions with other students. The facility is lovely and the staff is great to work with!

We had our daughter here for nearly a year before moving to a closer Bright Horizons location. We loved her teachers and saw the growth in our daughter. Would recommend.

Many times when we picked up our child, he was crouching by the gate, curled up and sucking his fingers — bored, lonely, and completely ignored. One time, a teacher suddenly ran up and accused us of taking photo of her son — we had no idea who she or her child was; we were only looking at our own child. Then she even threatened to call the police and tried to drive us away. Our child was so terrified by this insane outburst that he burst into tears. It was a nightmarish experience — like something out of a horror story. Throughout our time there, they kept saying our child had “problems.” We never felt respected or welcomed. As foreigners, we truly felt discriminated against. This place caused serious emotional harm to family. At this daycare, you’re expected to accept that your child will be judged every day by a behavior chart — counting how many times they “didn’t follow directions” or “didn’t meet expectations.” Every week or few days, they call to criticize your child and pressure you to hire a private caregiver to stay at the daycare. That means you pay not only the full daycare tuition, but also nanny wages — just to get through the day. We told the police what happened. The officer sighed and advised us not to return. That says everything about the kind of people working here. If we could give negative stars, we absolutely would. Please avoid this daycare at all costs. 🙏We are now in a warm daycare that respects and welcomes us. They have never complained about the issues the BH guys talked about. We finally survived the nine months of being tortured by this place and are remorseful to know that there is still a normal daycare. My toddler has made many friends and is very comfortable in new environment.
