They help children learn some basic rules like taking turns, and cleaning up when they're done. They work very closely with the school so no student gets lost between school and after school care. For as responsible as they are the leading teachers are somewhat like big kids themselves who love to play games, color, build with blocks anything your child might like to do. Really great care for one's school aged children both before and after school.
