The staff cares about the children and they form the best bonds with their teachers. We get regular updates on the app with great pictures and videos, and the multiple outdoor play areas and indoor movement area with the climbing wall keep the kids active year round. The hours from 7:30am-6pm with one day here and there for a holiday or staff training closure (rather than an entire spring or winter break week shutdown) makes it a reliable childcare option.

From day one, we felt welcomed as part of a family. Our child looks forward to going to school each day and has formed lasting bonds with his teachers and classmates alike. The teachers and staff are among the most kind, caring, and dedicated people I have ever met. We are continually impressed with the quality and caliber of all aspects of programing, from menu to curriculum and beyond. It is clear that communication and safety are of the upmost importance, especially with regard to all the measures that have been implemented secondary to COVID-19. Overall, we are grateful for our experience and highly recommend Bright Horizons Parkway North.
