  I’m a First Responder on 9-11 & a Combat Veteran of The Iraq War. PLEASE, STOP DONATING TO THIS PROJECT BECAUSE THEY DONT HELP US AS SOLDIERS! The only people you are helping, are those they hired to run and work for this program! —————————THATS IT!!————————- When a Soldier asks for financial assistance, they send us a hat & resource bag, which has a magnet and some phone numbers on it because that’s their “Loophole” to qualify as a “Nonprofit”. As long as they send an email or goodie bag, they can’t be officially sued in court for stealing the donations. BUT THE people working for the ORG are cutting their own checks & are getting paid $___ an hour to send us that bag. A bag that costs $2.00?? That’s supposed to help us how? Feel better as I look at myself dying in the mirror, but at least I have a cheap WWP Hat on while I’m dying?! 🤣 I’ve reached out to them multiple times for other Soldiers who were struggling, and now? Myself. I got the same exact treatment the others warned me about! I seriously need help right now because my family was lied to and sold a dilapidated house which is now killing us just like it killed the previous homeowner?! And the help they are offering? Isn’t to drop a cheap trailer on my land to get us in a safe location! Wasn’t even to offer to put us up in a hotel for a few nights to get away from The Toxic Mold & Hydrogen Sulfide Poison… NOPE! It was an email, with a list of volunteers who help fix houses for low income families, that are no where near our area! That’s what your donations paid for! Someone to send an email of a list of resources that The VA gives to us for free! Which were all failures from the start because none of them were in our area, and they charged YOU $150 for their response to me, because they are cutting their own checks! Out of your donation money, for US veterans! While we are still struggling and suffering. But hey, at least their wife or little daughter doesn’t have to start an Only Fans account just to survive! No, they’ll probably do that outta sheer disappointment of their parents. This is a SCAM, DONT DONATE! It actually reminds me of the “Fallen Cop Fund” I was asked to investigate where a group of Felons started the Org, & would randomly kill a trooper during a staged traffic stop, just to keep the fund going. Which ensured the families of the felons had a job at that org. All while they made sure the spouse of the fallen trooper would just get only 10% of the funds that was actually allocated to them through the org. That was a good scam that they had going. Anyway, Please excuse the typos on my award for 9-11, it was written while we were fighting to take Baghdad, and awarded to me in Fallujah. My award for Iraq was a blanket write-up that all gunners got. I really grossed over 300 + enemy combatant kills during that war, in my Abrams. I’m extremely proud of the numbers I put up for my team, and I lost count at 367 because things got really hairy at one point. This is who they won’t help, & I understand it’s not their responsibility to help me! That I take full responsibility for letting a widower take advantage of me & my family by lying to us and stealing over $150k on a bad property deal. But, part of the reason why she was able to get over on me is because of my service. I’m Too trusting and used to Soldiers being scared to death to lie to me! Because they knew the consequences had they ever lied to me! Which, people are finding out the hard way about. Sorry if some of you think this is a little extreme but this is my 6th maybe 7th interaction with this organization and it’s been the same things ever since it was created. Chances are, someone helped this org get started because their husband was blown up during war, or a family member! So they started this to help that specific person, and hired his wife, sister, daughter, son, and everyone who needed a job! But now, they are in charge and decide who gets help, if any help at all is received. Places like this give non-profits a bad name!

  I thought the wwp was a gd thing so my wife purchased me a sweatshirt for xmas. It was too small so i wanted to return it. Well gd luck with that! I've called and left 3 messages no retun call. so i decided to ship it back explaining that it was to big and just wanted a larger one. They had my sweatshirt for a wk and a half. And nothing. I am currently on phone holding for an hour and a half with every 5 minutes theytell me my estimated time is 4 minutes . At this point i wish i wld of never purchased it.

  Though not a member of the military ,I very cognizant of the heartfelt greatful thsnks by the American citizens who have been protected by the various branches of the service. I read recently hope it is true that those entrusted with the fund are most recently providing free fast track pass through security checks for wounded and disabled veterans with prosthetic devices to make travelling more accessible without scrambling to check shoes and tiny items. I am sure honorable discharge papers might be needed But any recognition is meant to say thank you.
