- TTtit titSep 20, 20251.0There is one employee here who I had a horrible interaction with. I do not want to say who due to fear of retaliation. She was VERY aggressive both with threats of physical violence and verbal violence. Be careful, she is watching your child.

The teachers were incredibly caring, patient, and attentive. It was clear that the staff genuinely loved what they did. She was always smiling and happy when we dropped her off and picked her up. The facility is very clean and well managed. We felt that the teachers cared for our daughter like she was their own. They followed the schedule we created, which was appreciated knowing they are working with many different schedules. They also did a ton of educational play with our daughter which we really enjoyed. We were only able to go to Bright Horizons for a couple months, when we found out we had to move for work. We wish we didn’t have to leave. Look no further for great care for your child!! We couldn’t have been happier with our experience.
