Chicago Family Health Center at Chicago Vocational Career Academy (CVCA) is a school-based health center offers an integrated model of care including primary and behavioral health services right on the CVCA campus. The clinic is open to the student body, their parents/guardians as well as community residents. In addition, support services for the whole family including care coordination and the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program can be accessed at our South Chicago site, 9119 S. Exchange Ave.
