YWCA McLean County is on a mission to eliminate racism, empower women, stand up for social justice, help families and strengthen communities. We proudly serve people of all backgrounds through every stage of life – our youngest child care clients at six weeks old to those served through adult services. We are an inclusive organization, serving everyone regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or ability. Our programs include full and part-time child care for ages 6 weeks to 12 years old, Stepping Stones 24-hour sexual assault services, Labyrinth reintegration services for formerly incarcerated women, and volunteer placement for those 55 and older through RSVP.
