  From the first day of Jean’s arrival, to her last breath, every single person that cared for her showed compassion, care, emotional and physical support, patience, and encouragement, with faith filled hearts. They supported her in every way possible, with dignity and grace. Thank you to the administration staff: Jacques, Lourdes, Tracy and Fr. Bob. The floor 2 staff: Sana, Josie, Nela, Nimota, Brett, AJ, and many more. Suncrest Hospice: Miriam, Elizabeth, Amy, Waja, Diana and Tiggs. My family and I will always remember what you did for our mom. And also the care and emotional support given to ourselves as well. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

  Our mom lived at Hearthwood for almost two years, and from day one the staff showed such genuine care and attentiveness. They took the time to truly get to know her, checking in on her during her down days and spending time with her during happy hour so she never felt alone. Tammy and Stacey were especially wonderful. They always kept our family informed, never hesitating to call if they had a concern or simply to ask if there was anything more they could do to make Mom more comfortable. Their kindness, compassion, and dedication meant so much to all of us. The entire team at Hearthwood creates a warm, welcoming environment where residents are truly treated like family. It gave us incredible peace of mind knowing Mom was in a place where she was cared for with such patience, respect, and kindness every single day. We are incredibly grateful to the entire Hearthwood team for the love and support they gave her during her time there. We would absolutely recommend this facility to other families.

  Hearthwood Senior Living has been my home for the last 18 years. It has so much to offer. It is a place you can be alone but not lonely. Freedom to be as busy with the many activities offered or just doing your own thing. Maintenance team is here to take care of whatever may need attention a big plus for me. Not having to think about cooking and the aftermath of clean up. And of course the amazing staff… I really can’t say enough about them. More like friends than employees. But the most important thing is that I really do feel like this is HOME.

  Staff is super competent, helpful and friendly, They reach to see how guests are adapting and settling in. They learn our names quickly which really makes guests feel a part of this community,

  So glad to be here - everything is great. The staff…especially Tammy, Stacy, Jackie, Lisa, Sue, Anna, and Sandra have been exceptional. Tons of activities, food is amazing. Feels warm and inviting to be here. Thank you for all who have made this transition so much easier than we thought it would be.
