- JTjessi thompsonOct 3, 20251.0The teachers are nice, but they can't help you with any billing questions. Nor can the website or the phone number provided on their website. If you do call the phone number, they can't transfer you to their billing department, but the billing department will email you back in a few days. The billing department will give you a credit for overpayments but they won't issue you a refund, even if it will take months to use up the credit, and they will be rude when you ask why that is.
