- LSLynnette ShimminFeb 3, 20263.0I attended Sacrament Meeting there. Wasn't a member of their "Ward" but came in, sat down reverently, minded my own business and wawa REALLY HOPING to enjoy the service. Salt this wasn't the case. There was nothing but extreme chaos ensuing in the Chapel with the children running, screaming and the parents not doing ANYTHING to quiet them down or remove them until their behavior improved. I truly needed a spiritual boost, a refresh and reset for the upcoming week as I am far from home in a work assignment feeling spiritually run down and beaten. I have no doubt the speakers spent a lot of time in prayerful preparation for their delivery of the "Message" over the pulpit and it may just have been what I needed to hear to give me that spiritual shot in the arm had I been given the opportunity to hear it. At least I was able to partake of the Sacrament and I then left immediately after the service was over. No hellos other goodbyes from anyone in the congregation. The sign out front says "Visitors Welcome" but not in the 3rd Ward I'm afraid. They're too busy with an out of control Romper Room during the meeting and Social hour before and after. Very disappointed and if I wasn't a member, I'd never go to another meeting for my spiritual recharge. At least I know I can go to another building or another time and pay for a different environment.
