  I had a great experience with Journey Mental Health. From the moment I started therapy, I felt heard, supported, and respected. My therapist was compassionate, professional, and truly invested in helping me get better. The environment felt safe and non-judgmental, which made it much easier to open up. I appreciated how personalized the sessions were—tailored to my needs and paced in a way that felt right for me. I’ve gained a lot of insight and tools that I continue to use in my everyday life. I’m really grateful for the care I received here, and I would absolutely recommend Journey Mental Health to anyone.

  If you're looking / in need of help JMH is the only place to go. I can't recommend them enough. The entire staff is amazing professional kind and actually care about the patients. If it wasn't for Greg I probably wouldn't be here today. He truly saved my life and sanity. I have sent friends and family here and all therapist are the best in their field.

  My husband and I have been going to see Greg for almost 5 years. I have seen numerous counselors over the last 2 decades and he by far has been the best. I refer people to him all time.

  Would never go back! Would never send anyone to get counseling here! We saw James and was he AWFUL! And awful is being so nice! We came for marriage therapy and after a few sessions he appeared to enjoy the "sparing" sessions he created. The last session was so bad… We left his office and thought things had reached the end… I researched out non moron therapist found a GREAT one and our lives got back on track without all the fighting in the therapist's office. In fact our new therapist didn't allow negativity in his office. Didn't try and force us to speak negativitly about each other either. What an amazing difference! So glad we hit the road before the damage was permanent!!
