  I have been looking for a mother-of-the-groom dress, and happened to see this darling shop in Idaho Falls while visiting the area. I tried on several dresses and found the right color and size for a reasonable price. Liz was very helpful and knowledgeable. Having worked in a bridal shop doing alterations, I have some knowledge of dresses. The dresses they sell are good quality. This is a great store, and I would go there again.

  The service was excellent and the dresses are amazing. However most of their dresses were up to 200 dollars and more. I was lucky to find a dress that work with my family budget.

  Dresses are beautiful and the staff ares so nice , welcoming , and helpful I recommend for woman’s and guys if you guys are looking for dresses this is the store for it

  I felt welcome and did find a dress quite easily and liz helped me feel very comfortable with the dress and hyped me up making me feel even prettier I would definitely go again to look.

  I came here to look at wedding dresses, As soon as I walked in the door the employees were quick to help. I had previously had a bad experience at a different bridal shop and wasn’t looking to try anything on or find a dress that day. The employees were quick to help me find dresses in my size and hear about my interests in a dress. This lead me to trying numerous dresses on. They were very patient while I tried dresses on for hours. They also made sure I had looked at every option in my style and everything I wanted in a dress. Every employee there made me feel so comfortable and so beautiful. Although i don’t usually write reviews, I’d recommend Downtown bridal to anyone looking for dresses for any event. The customer service was outstanding and they truly made dress shopping completely comfortable and stress free.
