- JSJan StearnsDec 30, 20245.0I love the spirit I feel whenever I come to the meetings, even in a brand new area. Even In a new state and at a different stage in life, I have felt very welcome. It has been just over 20 years since I became a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Although I enjoyed attending and became active with my husband (who was baptized 5 years before I), it was not until I totally received snd accepted Jesus Christ, that I happily decided to become a member of this wonderful church. I have never regretted my becoming a member of this church. After getting baptized, I felt so happy. I was very glad, both supported and enriched by fellowship with others. I served in various positions which gave me confidence and also enabled me to witness the faith and testimony of others. It was wonderful to have ongoing others, about God,our Heavenly Father and His son, Jesus Christ.
