  Our family had a terrible experience with Cloverdale Funeral Home. We were treated disrespectfully by multiple staff while seeking to make funeral arrangements for a loved one. There were multiple offenses culminating in never being contacted to design the grave marker after the burial of our loved one. 3 months after burial, when WE contacted Cloverdale, we were told the person we had worked with (which was the third person there we had been assigned to) had left the company. No other staff ever reached out to us to try to handle the already paid for marker. We finally asked for a refund after conversations where no apology was ever made for the staff's poor handling of our family. The front desk staff has also repeatedly told family members that the company does not keep any maps of the grounds for families to easily be able to find the grave of their loved ones. We were told that they could drive us out to the grave, but that if we came at a time where they were closed, we would need to come back at another time to be able to find the grave. No maps are available online. It is unacceptable that during one of the most difficult times, a funeral home would be so unprofessional.

  Lauren did an excellent job in helping us prepare Dad's funeral service. She is kind, patient and excels at what she does. She walked with us each step of the way and made the whole process better. We are thankful for her knowledge, caring and assistance.

  During one of the most difficult times in my life, the team at Cloverdale Funeral Home provided a level of compassion and care that I will never forget. From the very beginning, they treated my family and me with such kindness, patience, and understanding as we navigated the passing of my father. Every detail was handled with professionalism and genuine empathy, which brought us comfort when we needed it most. They took the time to listen, guide us through each step, and ensure that everything honored my father’s life in a meaningful way. I am deeply grateful to the entire staff for their support, warmth, and dedication. They made an incredibly hard experience feel a little more manageable, and that is something I will always appreciate. Thank you for everything you do for families during such important moments.   It’s hard to put into words how grateful we are to Cloverdale Funeral Home during the most difficult time a parent can face. Having to cremate a daughter is something no family ever imagines, but Jake and his team treated my daughter Lilly — and our entire family — with incredible care, compassion, and respect. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with such professionalism and kindness. The facility is beautiful and peaceful, and the event center where we held Lilly’s service was absolutely perfect. They made sure every detail was flawless so we could focus on honoring and remembering her. What meant the most was how much they genuinely cared. During a time filled with grief, they provided comfort, guidance, and support in a way that truly made a difference for our family. I will always be grateful to Jake and the entire team for helping us celebrate Lilly’s life so beautifully
