  This is unlike any retirement homes I've visited. Staff treat you with respect, and are happy to see you, even though you're just visiting. The facility is gorgeous! Residents have lots of opportunities for staying active and a variety of food options, pending on their needs. We saw all this on one visit. We'll definitely look into this community when we get to that point in our lives.

  Older woman (50s?) manning the front desk is rude, nosy and condescending and treated me like a criminal when I was checking in to visit my grandparents, based on nothing except my physical appearance (alternative/not wealthy). There's nothing else it could have been, since our exchange consisted of me answering her obligatory "how are you" (delivered with a raised eyebrow look of disgust/confusion, like she found it suspicious that someone like me was printing off a visitor's badge to see a resident, and followed my neutral response with an unwarranted question about whether there was something wrong going on with me). Other family of mine who visits have also commented to me about the same woman's passive-aggressive rudeness. Let's do better than this, especially considering how much you charge residents to live here.

  My father sat in Gabi’s service area at dinner with in the last week and he was forced to move across the dining room after 30 minutes with no service. He arrives at the same time every night and sits in the same spot, as he is a man of habit. That being said, don't send your loved ones here if you'd like them to be taken care of. Jenifer and Lil helped him get food. Thank you to them for doing the other waitresses job, but we are looking for new living arrangements because of this asap.
