- TJTammy JonesDec 15, 20251.0The rent for 2026 has now jumped to 950.00 for a 1 bedroom garden home. My mother in laws ceiling has been water damaged three times and is currently not fixed. They will not be giving residents the money owed when buying to the garden home…for my mother in law that’s 45,000$. She is out all of that money! When they sent the letter stating the rent is increasing, they signed happy holidays! Well happy holidays to them as well I am sure the top staff let any raises go without accepting so they can help those living on a fixed income.0 out of 10 recommend!
