- BCBritney ConlonAug 30, 20195.0I can't say enough about this daycare and it's people. We are beyond thankful for them for helping us raise our sweet baby boy while mom and dad go to work. We left once to be at a daycare closer to home, that lasted one week and I went rushing back to 2 for U. No one else is quite the same.
- RCRyan CJul 2, 20162.0Things started out well here back in January, and our child seemed to do well here, but in the last couple months things started taking a turn downward. My wife would pick up our child and the staff in the room would not know how the day went and if there were any issues because as they stated "I wasn't here all day". seemed that every time we picked and dropped off it was to different staff, no real consistency. There were a couple days that their dry erase daily sheets only stated that our child ate 1-2 times but all the bottles would be gone. The biggest scare happened when my wife arrived to pick up our child and the staff member told her she had been "PICKED UP ALREADY", I was out of town and no one is allowed to pick up. My daughter was found in a room she had never been in and staff seemed confused. SCARY for my wife. we talked to owners and they addressed this. This daycare did allow us to do part time infant, which was a big help, only because another person wanted part time opposite us but this person went full time back in April and this was never communicated to us until last Wednesday June 29th when we were told, (In An Email, by the way), we had until July 8, (ONE WEEK, over Holiday weekend), to go full time or find another day care. My wife came home in tears, because we all know how hard it is to find daycare you trust in one week. everything worked out now and my child will be placed in another daycare but this all left a bad taste in our mouths and hurt us as consumers, showing us our child was a dollar sign to this organization and and not someone they cared about.
- WTWendy TabbeeNov 17, 20155.0I have two boys that have attended 2 for U Childcare. We have been with this center for almost two years! Both my kids and myself love their teachers!!!! These wonderful ladies, and currently one gentleman, really make me feel comfortable leaving my babies in their care! The brand new center is just an added bonus... they were just as amazing in the old one! With my oldest who is no longer in daycare (he attends school full time) we had numerous bad experiences with other providers, BUT my reservations were quickly put behind me as my one year old was pushing me out the door the SECOND day!!!!! He was so comfortable and so happy to be there!! And they were perfectly ok with me calling them like three times a day for the first week... :) I was kinda crazy... At this point we actually putting off moving out of state until our youngest will be able to attend school full time simply because we do not really feel comfortable leaving such a great environment and wonderful people for our babies! And that is saying A LOT!
