  Our son has been going to Bright Horizons Windsor since January 2024 and he has had such a great experience being there. The staff have been so helpful, friendly and caring towards him and us and we feel he has come along so much since attending, helping him developing his walking, eating and communication skills. The facilities are always clean and presentable but we feel the staff are the reason we have had such a positive feeling about the place. Thank you for everything you have done for our son!

  Awful experience. My son was left to stagnate and was offered little to no support and was regularly put in the younger room. We never had any updates on friendships made and it was a very uncomfortable and alienating experience. The customer service was minimal and the loss of Data Protection (which they never did confirm that they had found) was appalling. Would not recommend. Try the better one down the road.

  My eldest daughter has been at the nursery for almost 2 years, moving from the baby room, through the different classes until the nursery room which she is currently in. My youngest daughter has just started in the baby room. I have nothing but exceptional things to say about the nursery. The staff are attentive and genuinely care for the children. They work with the parents to do the very best for the children and you leave your most prized possessions in their care, confident that they're safe and happy.
