Age Cymru West Glamorgan

We are the charity for people over the age of 50 to help them live and age well. Age Cymru West Glamorgan was created through the merger of Age Cymru Swansea Bay and Age Cymru Afan Nedd - bringing together two long-established and well-respected teams who have been supporting older people and their families in their homes and communities for many years. Age Cymru West Glamorgan sees the person. Whether providing services to people, employing people or recruiting volunteers, we will hear you, understand you and help you manage your independence. As a charity, Age Cymru West Glamorgan receives limited funding from Government. We rely upon donations from the public to help us to provide our services.
