  Amazing service, Louise completed the arrangements for me at a time when I was so lost. It made the whole experience easier for me and my family. Nothing was too much trouble and even changes to order of service booklet were dealt with swiftly and turned out beautifully. On the day of the funeral Marie and the team were fantastic. This was customer service at its best and the support given was genuine. On the hardest day of my life I have this lovely memory.

  My family and I cannot thank Beccy and the team enough for the care, support and attention to detail shown for both my Dad & Moms funerals which were 5 months apart. Beccy couldn’t do enough for us and went over and above every time. Even making us smile and laugh at a time we never thought we could. On the day of the funeral Marie and her team were also excellent, and the days ran smoothly and were beautiful. Highly recommend.

  Thank you to all the staff for making me and my family feel at ease with my dads final Journey they have been very kind understanding and professional for the last 6 weeks and with that we was able to give my dad the best send off thank you from the jones family (William)

  My Nan passed away on Monday my moms mom my mother is broken as she never got to say goodbye but this funeral care is a joke my mother called you on Tuesday to ask if she could come and see her mother and say her last goodbyes and this funeral place have refused her that opportunity because of immediate family have had issues with my mom for years and never told her about the passing other family received threats if someone was to tell us and my mother begged you in tears to allow entry to say goodbye you told her if she didn’t receive a call back she will not be allowed on site to pay respect to her own mother you should be ashamed how does someone refuse this in such a terrible time when it clearly states on your website family members are allowed to say they’re good byes at any time I will be taking this further, as it is against the law to not let Family in
