  Dad had decided what he wanted.we just filled in the gaps..the team at coop were absolutely fantastic..made every decision easier..talked us through everything..was so pleased we could bring dad's dog along to say his goodbyes..& as for jeff..he was amazing..from the phone call from him felt like I had known his all my life..at the service.jeff was fantastic..took care of the dog & made everything easy for us..can not speak highly enough of jeff.. Would definitely use the service again if needed & would love jeff by my side..

  We had no funeral plan and chose the co-op in the small hours when my mum sadly passed. It’s been just over a month and strong enough to leave this review as all the staff very compassionate from first meeting and until the end. I knew my mum was in safe hands until her final send off. Even on the day the theme was the royal Stewart tartan and the staff all wore tartan ties as did our family those thoughtful touches will never leave you. All the lovely staff have been an absolute pleasure to know and more importantly that help you get through such a heartbreaking time in your life when it’s time for a loved one to go on their next journey. Thank you 🙏🏻

  My mother-in-law sadly passed away in December and the co-op funerals service in Swindon was outstanding. Really impressed with Tracey and with Jeff who couldn’t do enough and were extremely supportive, understanding and helpful. Would highly recommend. Took a lot of the stress away. Thanks to them and also the whole team who were equally supportive and lovely on the day of the funeral.

  From start to finish the team where supportive, helpful and professional. The care they took of my dad was amazing and they always made us feel welcome. The horse and carriage my dad had was just out of this world! It was exactly how I had pictured it in my mind. The horses where just stunning and calming we all said how much our dad would’ve loved them. The professionalism of the people who came with the horses was on point. I personally have a fear of horses, but they have made my fears go and I actually would like my own horse. Everything came out perfect everyone did us proud and I will forever be grateful for the staff for all their hard work. Thank you for making all this happen just as my dad would’ve wanted it. It was just perfect! Thank you again xxx
