  I highly recommend North Wiltshire Crematorium. It is easy to find, and set within beautiful surroundings. The building is inviting, and you feel warm and comfortable inside. The staff are also very warm, offering an almost family feel when you are there. They really make every effort to make you feel relaxed and safe, you do feel you are in good hands. I think empathy, warmth and patience would some them up. Thank you all so much for looking after my father and us all on this sacred day.

  Its a nice crematorium, But and its a big but, if your unlucky enough to have a service when the weather is wet and windy the area where people gather to view flowers and chat after the service is very exposed to the elements. Unlike Kingsdown which is sheltered on all sides. We got very cold and many of the mourners got very wet. One who was a wheelchair user was soaked in a matter of minutes. Please improve the area and walk leading to it.

  A wonderful peaceful place. Grounds are excellent as are the staff. Easy to get to and plenty of parking.

  Thank you to the staff at the crematorium for enabling me to take the funeral there this morning in such a helpful manner. Lovely new building and a wonderful setting with charming staff. On such sad days it is good to be looked after.

  Lovely surroundings and the girls who work there are so polite and helpful .. puts kingsdown’s Staff and surroundings to shame
