You and your family will love Kenilworth Day Nursery and Preschool. Set in a beautifully refurbished historic school building close to the countryside, every aspect has been thoughtfully designed to support your child’s development from the age of 3 months to 5 years.
Each of our age-specific rooms has their own individual garden. The preschool room in particular has freeflow access to the garden, giving each child their choice of space. We also have a forest school and an allotment area for children to learn about growing their own vegetables and making healthy food choices.
Activities in the Baby Room are nurturing, with a focus on engaging their natural curiosity and developing motor skills, speech and confidence. The older children’s rooms are designed to encourage independence. From dedicated art areas to tables with big blocks that encourage experimental and investigative play, children are able to learn in whatever way best suits them.
Our nursery in Kenilworth is located in the north of the town, close to St. Augustine Primary School. We have a drop-off zone to make your mornings easier.
We are an all-inclusive nursery which means all meals, snacks, nappies and wipes, are included. Your child will enjoy our excellent, nutritionally balanced food that is prepared daily by our own chef using fresh ingredients.
Ofsted have given us a rating of Good in their most recent report, stating our nursery as ‘a stimulating environment, indoors and out, that motivates children to use the resources and learn’.
We look forward to showing you around our Nursery.

Went for a visit at the nursery and from the start it wasn’t a great introduction. I was met with “what are you looking for?” And “we don’t have any spaces”. I was aware they would most likely be booked come this term however it took me back as I hadn’t explained fully how flexible at the time we were on starting and when that would be. Being shown around the nursery, it is lovely inside very nice with lots for little ones, however, It wasn’t the warmest environment as you aren’t really acknowledged. I understand that I only was there for a brief half an hour but first impressions count I suppose. I did feel like I was an inconvenience being shown around. I complimented one of the rooms saying it was lovely and seemed a big space to me but was met with a reply “we’re not a big nursery, It’s not until people see big ones they realise we’re small” which I had nothing to reply with. At the end there was no talk of how to register or what the next steps were so it was very clear to me that this place wasn’t suitable or even interested.

Visited this nursery recently to have a look around for my 8 month old daughter. Had read some great reviews and had high hopes, however, this very quickly changed.
We arrived at the nursery, it was raining and we were made to stand outside whilst the lady (not sure of her name/role as she did not introduce herself) proceeded to tell me she did not have anyone booked in for a visit today. I showed her both my confirmation and reminder emails of the appointment but she was still questioning if she was going to show us around. All whilst myself, parter and my daughter are getting wet stood outside. She then said we needed ID to come in, which we had, but she didn’t look. That instantly made me feel like she was hoping we didn’t have it so that she could get out of showing us around the nursery. She reluctantly let us in and began showing us around. After a while I said ‘I’m sorry but I don’t even know your name’ she then told me she normally tells people her name once in the baby room which I found extremely odd. I asked about allergies and if these were catered for, as my daughter is dairy free. She asked if this was an allergy, I replied that it was. She asked if she has an epi-pen, I said that she did not and the women told me that this is in-fact an intolerance and not an allergy as she would have an epi-pen if it was. As a nurse, I know this information to be incorrect but by this point I already knew I absolutely did not want my daughter being cared for by this person. I politely continued with the look around but we could not wait to leave.
It was a lovely nursery visually, very modern with new facilities and some of the other members of staff seemed welcoming but this lady absolutely ruined it for us. First impressions are so important! From the minute we arrived we had such a disappointing experience

My daughter started going to this nursey at the beginning of this year. I cannot say enough great things about the staff and their attitude towards the little ones and the support given to parents. The environment is wonderful and it's a place where you want to leave your child at because you know they are safe and taken care of. My little one goes there with such excitement and comes home happy every single time. Thank you to all the teachers and management team.

My daughter has been attending since last October and I am so impressed with this school. The manager helped us when we really needed a few extra mornings and the school is very well run and organised. The teaching staff are brilliant, they know each child very well and you often see them playing with kids. You get regular updates on the app they use and have already done things you were thinking about (the latest example being making sure the children use sunscreen). My daughter is so happy, loves school, learns so much and we go to work feeling relaxed knowing she's in ver capable hands. I highly recommend this school!
