  One star is generous.........we were informed last week that a dear friend was to be cremated on Thursday at 10.30am. To double check we phoned the Crem on Monday to confirm the funeral and was told that it was correct. We drove 125 miles to Torquay to attend only to be told 'sorry it was on Wednesday'. We had missed the funeral because of staff who cannot read a computer.

  Always well maintained garden of remembrance for people ashes scattered 12 months each area is outlined when I had to find out where my girlfriend/partner ashes were! Very helpful when I phoned up excellent service and help!!

  The staff are always polite and answer any queries and they keep it nice there.

  Very helpful at every step of the way. The video link for relatives in Australia and New Zealand was brilliant.
