  Excellent funeral service. The staff showed immense respect from the start. Gary from Fishers walked me through the process clearly and with understanding during what was a difficult time. He assisted with everything from the choice of coffin through to the actual service. Kieran the funeral director on the day was knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend Fishers in Southwold.

  Fishers organised the funeral for my late aunt Patricia. The service was amazing. Their attention to detail and getting everything exactly how the family would want it is brilliant. A great send off she would have loved. Thankyou. 10/10.

  The Fishers team have been excellent throughout the period between my father's passing and final interment. They have been flexible in many ways so that the funerals process was very stress free. Their approach was always caring, but business like, so that arrangements were agreed and delivered to our family's satisfaction. I would thoroughly recommend them.

  2 weeks ago I called into the Southwold office to confirm a delivery time for tributes. My first impressions were off an abrupt staff member who was not particularly helpful. 4 days later I deliver the flowers, I asked if this doorway was the only entrance, the reply yes!. The coffin spray was 5 foot long and the staff member "snatched" it from me and knocked one end against the wall. Her sharp questions regarding who they were from. Is it ****? She used the first name rather than Mr ****. Once the funeral had taken place, I emailed Fishers on Monday 17th January to raise my concerns. As yet not even an acknowledgement. As a friend of the deceased family I am speechless as to the lack of care and respect shown by this particular staff member.
