Natalie was amazing she helped us through every step & offered support when we needed it , we couldn’t of asked for better help & would definitely choose them again and give them 5 stars for the guidance , help , support , emotional support , the whole process was faultless . Myself and my husband have booked our funerals with coop and would recommend this branch and Natalie highly. Nothing is too much trouble and she answers the questions that can be difficult to ask. I just hope that Natalie is still here when I go so she can look after me..I feel I'm in good hands. She's sorted everything out from timings ofour funeralsservice to my make up and our shrouds. I can't praise her highly enough. She's so warm and kind. If only every business had a Natalie to greet you. Thank you Natalie you're an angel. Best wishes Shirley and David

Natalie was amazing from start to finish, putting us at ease and making the whole process much easier, nothing was too much trouble. The day went really well, with the staff being so professional, special mention to Jan who was so kind, caring and again made what felt like a storm going on in my head so much calmer. I cannot recommend their service enough. Thank you all xx
