  Avoid. Having patiently waited six months for a headstone to be installed, and only receiving one email in that time, I had to ring for updates. Two weeks later, I have just been informed in won't be installed at the grave for another 2.5 to 3 months.. ARE YOU JOKING ?? no apology, no explanation, no goodwill gesture. Nine months total REALLY ?? UK average looks to be under 3 months, other family members have experiences of similar timescales. AVOID CO-OP

  Lisa especially was empathetic,caring and considerate. She made it very easy for me to plan has I had never planned a funeral before. My husband died very sudden and unexpectedly so she helped the fog to clear and guided me every step of the way. Would genuinely recommend.
