  A huge thank you for all the staff at Bretby crematorium . On the saddest day of my life they were truly amazing … Thank you to Suzie who was truly a lovely lady in all aspects , I am so touched by your professionalism and the respect you gave to my husband 💙 , your kindness to me and my family and your assistance during the funeral was perfect ❤️

  Had most of my family and freinds services here, hard to rate a sad place but here goes.. I've always felt the staff and services have been very professional, respectful and understanding. It's in a nice quiet place and well kept. My only gripe is the timing between services, one grieving family is still leaving as the other is turning up

  Not happy to share publicly without speaking to the crematorium first together with the funeral directors. However, extremely unhappy.

  Last thursday afternoon I left a well watered pot plant under a tree for my mother. I was horrified to find It had been removed as waste th following saturday, On complaining I was met with a supercilious pious moron.Absolutely no need to remove it, just common sense was needed.All this rude offensive prat wanted to do was talk over me. No compassion and in the wrong job.

  I was there a few years ago and the manager, Nick French, was very kind, hospitable, and caring. Bretby Crem is a peaceful and spiritual place - you can sense your loved one is at rest. Mr French was tireless in his concern for the visitors.
