  We had an amazing experience with this nursery and couldn't recommend it highly enough. Over the 10 months our daughter attended, her development was incredible - she grew so much in confidence, independence, and curiosity, and it was wonderful to see how happy and settled she was. The carers are absolutely lovely: kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They built such strong bonds with her and made us feel completely reassured that she was safe, loved, and understood. The food is amazing and she adored it, often eating better there than at home! The facilities are excellent - bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed for little ones to explore and learn. The nursery places a huge emphasis on sensory outdoor play, and we loved how much time the children spent outside, whatever the weather. Overall, this nursery has exceeded our expectations in every way - we really miss it now that we've moved abroad.

  My son has been coming to Bright Horizon’s since May 2024 and he absolutely loves it! He is so happy and has become so confident! The staff are incredible and he often talks about them at home. He has made some great relationships and really thrives. The activities they do throughout the week are so thoughtful and creative! I love the app that gives us peace of mind as parents seeing what fun he gets up to and what he’s eaten in his day at nursery! The manager is also so friendly and such a credit to the nursery and her team! Our son often says how much he loves her! We love Bright horizons Woking and can 100% recommend it!

  Really bad nursery DONT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE. This nursery has to be one of the worst nursery ever. I gave in my kids month notice for next month and they kick my kids out in June when there last day was next month in July. I was told that we don't have to pay for there last month, even though I ask number of times form all in charge they all say we dont have to pay. Due to miss communication are they know it was there fault they did not seem to care. I know my kids where hard to deal with but it felt as if though they want my kids out soon. The 3rd in charge charlotte I believe is her name is so ill mannered. She's rude down the phone she not worth to be 3rd in charge. Her manners and her language and how she spoke to me over the phone. Disgusting Now they all say we have to pay. There was no send of for my kids nothing, even though they have been there for 3 years Charlotte who was rude down the phone because I did not reply to one for the email. I wad also taken advantage of to. PLEASE ALL PARENTS OUT THERE DONT SENT YOUR KIDS HERE DONT DO IT. They also be be nice to those that have a high job if u live on benefits they treat u like dirt.

  When I had a tour around the nursery, staff were transparent about the previous issues they had and were onboarding new staff and making improvements. That being said, from day one we had a wonderful experience here. My daughter (13months) came here for three months and settled in quickly. She seemed to enjoy her time and I noticed positive developmental changes in her. The team were lovely and always provided feedback about my daughter's day and how we can support her motor skills at home. I found the app really useful for updates along with frequent photo. Due to relocation we had to move her from the nursery, otherwise she would have stayed as long as she could.
