The Bright Horizons app is regularly updated by the staff members throughout the day. The manager Eve has been very easy to communicate with and has kindly accommodated requests wherever possible. Nipa was my daughter’s first key worker and she has been absolutely amazing with her! All of the carers that my daughter was with have been lovely. They really engage children in a range of different activities. I honestly don’t have a negative point to state about this nursery.

- ADAmira DabbasJun 20, 20211.0The worst experience ever for me and my daughter, They didn’t give her a trial before starting only one hour and they said she is ready to come but she wasn’t ready at all, she went 3 times and she becomes very stressed, upset and doesn’t want to go I called them about this they refused to stop her even she didn’t take her trial (they said we offer the trial but you choose to start. this never happened and I have all the emails)Then it’s ended up by charging me £760 for 6 days every day less than 4 hours
