  We used Castle Bromwich Funeral Directors, Co-op Funeralcare, and I honestly cannot express enough how amazing the service they provided was. From the very beginning, they paid attention to every single detail and made such a difficult time that little bit easier for our family. J, in particular, went above and beyond, but truly, every member of the team was absolutely wonderful. We had the hottest day of the year, with four funeral cars and eight members of staff working in the heat, yet they remained professional, caring and supportive throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything was handled with such dignity and respect. I can't begin to thank the whole team enough. The entire family is incredibly grateful for everything they did for us. They were simply the best, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I would even choose them for my own arrangements one day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to every single one of you. You are absolutely amazing. ❤️

  Thank you so much for the care and support you gave to our family. We gave our precious Mother to you to look after and you was full of respect and care for her. You also made a very hard day a little more bearable on the day we said our finel goodbye. So thank you from all our family.

  I cannot speak highly enough of everyone involved in arranging my mum’s funeral and cremation. From start to finish, every one of her wishes was honoured with compassion, professionalism, and a quiet grace that made a difficult time feel more bearable. The whole process went seamlessly - exactly what you need at such times. A heartfelt thank you to Carol and Tracy in particular, whose warmth, patience, and generosity with their time meant a lot.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
