- VKval killenOct 4, 20265.0I love our Church because everything testifies of our Saviour. Our church is named after Him and is His church. I have learned more about Jesus than I could have imagined. I love our church because we all have varying and ever changing responsibilities to serve the Lord, by serving each other, both in and out of the church. I love that all we.are taught here is in line with the scriptures. I love the fact that we have a prophet to guide us, as in days of old. Being a member has changed my life dramatically for the better. The ways of the world loom large and are worrying, but my Saviour’s teachings keep me positively focused. In our locally merged church (there were two of us in one town) we are working together to make sure that we are all getting settled with the change, which is unsettling for some. But in essence, nothing changes. The Gospel remains the same….eternal and enduring. Our church is about families - the foundation of life - a principle that is eternal. And lastly, as said before, above all our church is about Jesus Christ who makes it possible for our eternal progression. Without Him, none of it is possible. I love Him.
