About

Nursery SchoolChild Care AgencyBusy Bees Holdings Limited
This nursery is located in Bristol but there are Busy Bees nurseries wherever you need them. You'll find them nestled by universities, tucked close to train stations, attached to hospitals, and snuggled down quiet streets in towns and cities, perfectly placed for drop-offs and pick-ups. Some are based in small, cosy homes, others in office buildings - and we even have one in a converted church. Every nursery is as unique as its children, but whichever you choose you can look forward to exceptional quality childcare, NHS-accredited food menus, enriching curriculum and exciting environments that give your child the best start in life.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My autistic daughter attended this nursery for quite a while, I had to fight for her to get basic adjustments such as being allowed flavoured water and a packed lunch from home. They to do an EHCP application for my daughter despite telling me for several months they would. Upon request to extend my daughter’s hours in preparation for school (she only attended 3 hrs a day) . I was told that the pre-school room was full. I had a friend ring up the nursery to see if there was any space for ‘her daughter’ and lo and behold they confirmed there was availability. I immediately removed my daughter from the nursery because the manager not only discriminated but tried to make excuses to cover her disgusting actions, she then proceeded to share a post on her personal Facebook about stating that ‘declining care of a SEN child wasn’t discrimination, it’s accountability’ Not once did they tell me they could no longer meet her needs, and if they would’ve just done this, I’d have totally understood. Instead they bare-faced lied to me. Also, staff members park in the disabled bay, when I complained to the manager about this she put a message out to parents and then proceeded to park in the disabled bay herself!!!! Another thing is during a phonecall with the SEN lead about a complaint, my neurodivergence was mentioned by her and I was told that I’m sensitive. Oh and not to mention that if the handover is seen as ‘too long’ by the manager, staff will say ‘I better go back in before I get in trouble’. Having spoke to several different parents and previous staff members from the nursery i have been told that the staff speak down to children and in a disgusting manner. So many children scream and cry going into the nursery every single morning, which is most definitely not just the usual separation anxiety. Staff have no passion about actually caring for the children, especially if they are SEN.

Very happy with the care provided by the staff at Busy Bees, as well as the overall management and running of the centre. Thank you very much to all the hard working staff and key workers, including Gracie and Ally, who are both extremely caring, patient, helpful and kind.

My toddler has been attending this nursery for a couple of months now and she loves it! The staff throughout the nursery are professional and welcoming! Jayla, Amy, Sasha and the team in toddlers are fantastic! They do so many activities and learning throughout the day. You are also kept updated with pictures, your child’s meals and how much they eat, toilet trips/nappy changes and their naps throughout the day on the app. I was really nervous about sending my daughter to nursery however, I’m so happy I came across this one and decided to send her here!

My daughter has been at Bust Bees for over a year and a half. The staff are fantastic with her. They do loads of activities with them and she always comes home happy and asks about the staff on the weekend! Big shout out to Dana and her team in toddlers, brilliant with my little girl (even when she is being a cheeky monkey!) and always greet us with a smile!
