To provide benefit advice within the hospital setting at the Royal Gwent Hospital, Ysbyty Ystrad Fawr, Ysbyty Aneurin Bevan, Nevill Hall Hospital, county hospitals and GP surgery appointments. To assist with general benefit form filling, grant applications for those with a cancer diagnosis and their families. Will also provide telephone or email advice and within limited circumstances home visits. Complex benefit advice includes appeal representation, assistance with blue badge application forms, bereavement forms, advice for utilities.
