Sprowston Community Hub provides day support for people with learning disabilities and offers flexible, person-centred support options that focus on your needs and vision for a better future. Our goal is to support you to 'live the life you choose'. We offer a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities and can support with independent living skills such as cooking, healthy eating and managing money through to support with work experience and getting a job. The Hub is part of Independence Matters. We cover the whole of Norfolk and are committed to supporting adults with learning disabilities, young people in transition and those with dementia.
