  just want to thank all the staff especially sarah who really helped me through a difficult time, she listened from start to finish to all my wishes ❤ the service itself was lovely with respect and compassion , i could not have wished for a better funeral provider - thank you

  Can I start by thanking you all for the services and care that you gave to my grandfather. The lady undertakers were so gentle and caring and made a very hard time a little bit easier. We also smiled as my grandad always liked a women in uniform 🙄🤣 so we know he would of been very happy. I would highly recommend the coop they were fabulous right till the very end

  I would like to thank all the staff that took care of my partner Colin. He died very suddenly from a heart attack at home aged just 53. The staff treated me with great compassion. Always from the heart, making sure I was ok through every step of the funeral. They treated me as if I was family. They made a very hard time in my life run smoothly, and treated my partner with dignity and care. I can't thank them all enough, and thank them all for what they done. I would highly recommend them to anyone in their saddest time. Well done and thank you so much. Katrina

  It is hard to describe just how incredibly comforting, supportive & helpful the whole team at Co-op Funeralcare Kings Lynn Branch have been in getting us through one of the most difficult experiences of our lives. Their advice and guidance made the whole experience so much easier and we cannot recommend them enough. A truly warm and caring team, thank you all so much.
