Nursing Home
Meadow House provides residential and nursing care to elderly people living in Norfolk. The home also has a young persons disability unit and specialises in care for people with multiple sclerosis. The home is at ground floor level throughout and is very friendly – everyone is treated like family. Arranged over the ground floor, our 38 bedrooms can be personalised to make them a real home-from-home, and residents are able to enjoy a selection of lounges, dining rooms and well-kept gardens for relaxing, socialising and entertaining. Meadow House is situated on the outskirts of the pretty market town of Swaffham, near to a range of shops and amenities.
