  Unfortunately our experience as with 2 other parents had to move our kids. The high turn over of staff meant you don't who you're handing your child to or picking from as there was a new face almost everyday.. The staff were friendly but lack the care to compliment it.

  Amazing nursery. Our 2yo daughter spent almost a year there and she was happy. The teachers took great care of her and we’re leaving them with sadness (we are moving abroad). Highly recommmend.

  I had initially requested a tour and was informed of a specific date and time. Unfortunately, the nursery canceled the tour at the last minute, which was already an inconvenience. Subsequently, a new date was scheduled, only to be changed again without any prior notification. This lack of communication and adherence to the schedule demonstrated a significant lack of coordination among your staff and a disconnect with the central office. Furthermore, the misinformation provided about availability was particularly concerning. It made me question the reliability and credibility of the information shared by Bright Horizon´s team. If the staff cannot effectively manage simple tour scheduling or communicate accurate availability, it raises concerns about their ability to provide organized and reliable care for our children. As parents seeking the best possible environment for our children's growth and development, these experiences have certainly raised doubts about the level of professionalism and commitment within your establishment. The cornerstone of a successful nursery should be its ability to effectively manage its operations and maintain open and transparent communication with parents.
