  I am very disappointed with this nursery and feel I need to share my experience with other parents. There have been multiple incidents involving my child, and each time there was little to no communication or reaction from the staff. What concerns me the most is the lack of responsibility and urgency when something happens. As a parent, you trust that your child will be safe and properly cared for, but that has not been my experience here. The most serious incident was when my child had a bad injury in his mouth while at the nursery. I was extremely upset not only because of the injury itself, but because the staff did not react appropriately and did not treat the situation with the seriousness it required. I was not properly informed, and the way the situation was handled made me feel that my child’s safety was not a priority. Unfortunately, due to these repeated incidents and the lack of response from the nursery, I cannot recommend this place to other parents. Safety, communication, and responsibility are the most important things in a nursery, and in my experience, these standards were not met.

  If I can put a lower score I would ! This is the worst nursery I have ever seen! Our child comes back with accidents and incidents every single day!!!! We have spent the day at the hospital and between doctors today because of a very serious accident and this accident will follow him for life!! Appalling and huge negligence.

  My two-and-a-half-year-old daughter joined the Toddler Room at Bright Horizons Goldhawk a few months ago, and the transformation we have seen in such a short time has been incredible. In just a few months, her confidence and independence have grown tremendously. She was already bilingual, as we speak our own mother tongue at home, and when she first started nursery she was quite shy and rarely participated in group activities. However, within a short period of time, she has become much more outgoing and now happily engages in activities and plays confidently with her classmates. One of the biggest changes for us is how she feels about going to nursery. She used to feel nervous, but now she goes in every morning without tears. She happily says goodbye to me and walks straight into her circle of friends with a big smile. As a parent, that makes me incredibly happy and reassured. The teachers at Bright Horizons Goldhawk are exceptionally responsible and kind. They consistently encourage and support my daughter, helping her feel secure and valued. We truly appreciate the nurturing environment they have created. I am so grateful that my daughter is spending her early years, from age two to four, in such a caring, supportive, and joyful nursery.

  My daughter's had nothing but positive experiences since she started here. We get regular updates of how she's doing, she gets expert educational care, and her talking has massively improved. Can't recommend the place highly enough!

  My son has been attending Bright Horizons Goldhawk Road since he was 18 months old but unfortunately due to the personal circumstances we now have to leave however not before showing our appreciation for the time and the care that has been shown to us over the past six months. The staff have always been welcoming and attentive and listen to the needs of my child, who has specific dietary requirements that were catered to. They make him feel comfortable, safe and excited to come back every single day. Some days he doesn’t even want to leave to go home which gives me the confidence that he is being treated well. The nursery itself is always clean and tidy and the food options always leave me wanting to try them. There is an array of different activities, educational toys and books easily accessible for the children and the way the days are planned means there’s always something different and new and exciting for the kids to learn keeping them mentally stimulated. Honestly, if we were not moving, I would love to keep my son here as it has been a great experience, especially as a first-time parent navigating the childcare system. Even with the changes of management since we started, there were no complications and everything ran smoothly. Im grateful to all of the staff but a special thank you to Saffron who has been the best room leader we could have hoped for. We will miss it here, thank you all for everything.
