The nursery is always clean, well-organised, and truly a step above others in the area. The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe and cared for. A special mention goes to the wonderful team in the 2–3 room — Laura, Anita, and Lilly are absolutely fantastic. They go above and beyond every day, and it shows in the way the children adore them. Their dedication, warmth, and genuine love for what they do have made such a positive difference in my son’s development and confidence. I am so grateful for the amazing team at Bright Horizons Carshalton. Thank you for looking after my little one so beautifully!
