- JWjessie Wallace3 days ago5.0As we said our final goodbyes today to all the team and my sons key appointed person Lisa,I wanted to take a moment to publicly thank all of the Bright Horizon's Wembley team especial all of the fantastic teachers in my son's designated class ,the kitchen staff who cook the children a full variety of nutritious food , and the main reception for the exceptional care provided to my son during his time at Bright horizons(absolutely every one is amazing).As a first time anxious mother it was extremely stressful finding the right nursery for him where i felt he would be cared for as i would, however from my first visit at Bright horizons and seeing how the staff interacted with the children, they felt like the right fit and i felt confident that they would be a good choice. Well i was correct ,from the first week of my sons attendance up until his final week he has been happy and excited to get up and get ready for school.He comes home and beams with excitement with all the fun games he has played, songs he has sang and things he has learned!He often comes home with little arts and crafts they have done or a face and hair full of glitter : ) Sometimes at pick up he is being gently cuddle whilst he has a nap in his teachers arms after a fun filled day of learning. The genuine care and attention that this nursery has for the children in attendance is outstanding. This nursery has given my son such a positive outlook to education and school that i could not thank them enough.I have also seen my son become more confident, articulate and skilled since attending Bright Horizons.I would like to thank each and everyone of you for the amazing job you do with the children in your care, and for caring for my son during his time at your nursery .Thank you all!

- TSTrupti SavajJan 24, 20221.0Waited almost A year for response, called them lots of time for either yes or no, they keep bouncing blame from one to another staff of nursery. They don't care how people is waiting after registration. It's really disappointed and unprofessional.
