My children built strong, secure relationships with all the staff and were always happy and excited to go to nursery. I always knew they were in safe, caring hands when I dropped them off. - EDE DSep 24, 20255.0Rebecca, Laura F, Kiara and Ikraam are incredible assets to Bright Horizons- specifically the baby room. Being a first time parent I was naturally skeptical/ hesitant about leaving my child here and in some ways a little guilty. But the team have been nothing but nurturing, kind and keen to help develop my child. She has been at Salcombe for almost a month now, and I can already see an acceleration in her development specifically supporting her speech (phonetics) and coordination using her cutlery at dinner times. She has also become a lot more confident and independent within herself. I sincerely hope Bright Horizons have a recognition scheme for their employees in place when receiving positive feedback. Thank you team!

- TKT KHANNov 17, 20191.0Shortage of staff. Chaos all the time. Staff turnover is too extreme. Size of public toilet is tiny. The kitchen for the nursery is horrid. Huge Garden is not cleaned properly or maintained with professionals. Staff have complained about thier working hours being too long, guess that's why they leave. Look after your staff who look after the children.
