  My daugther attends this nursery and we are happy for the care they provide. She participates in various activities during the day, including mindfulness and sports, and the staff are always looking after her.

  Really happy with our experience here. My eldest who is now at school went and we were very happy. My youngest is in the baby room and has been for the past 9 months or so and if anything it's even better. The staff have great bonds with the children and the effort that they put into the activities, in particular thr various themes that they do almost daily for the kids is wonderful. Would highly recommend.

  My son started the nursery at 9 months old and attends 3 days a week. He’s now 22 months old. He attends the baby room which has access to the garden. It's a beautiful large airy room with large windows looking out to the garden. It's a wide open space inside with lots of allocated areas of different activities. They even have a slide- Which is my son's favourite. I feel reassured knowing my son is in a safe environment with great meals and looked after all day by the best team. The staff are warm and approachable and very supportive. They do very regular nappy checks and my son's clothes are changed and he comes home very clean after a very busy day. The clothes are in his bag to be cleaned and he always has a clean nappy. 10/10 from us. The management team are excellent at keeping parents updated and sharing news and events. Also you have a daily record to access online. A wonderful nursery. Great experience. Will miss them when we leave next month and hopefully will be back when childcare is needed. Thank you so much for the best experience every week and amazing support x

  Do not send your children here! We had SO many issues when my son attended for only a few months that we promptly pulled him out and have been SO much happier elsewhere. They were horrible at ever changing nappies, to the point that my son had open wounds on his bottom. I would send a bag of breastmilk with him everyday and one day was told they gave it to him. I then got home and opened his bag and it was still in the bag! Not only did they lie to my face, but not putting the breast milk into the fridge is a health and safety issue! Another instance I picked him up and got him home to find multiple very bruised dark purple bite marks going up his arm. When I asked staff about it they claimed they didn't know he had been bitten, but they were so bruised that there is no way he wasn't screaming when it happened. They were either lying or not watching him closely enough, I'm not sure which is worse! We had to pull my son out immediately and find interim care at very short notice which was very expensive and stressful. All of these issues were escalated to their regional manager and complaints manager who took months at a time to come back to me and have provided no solutions. I've just checked Ofsted and they have since had safeguarding issues (September 2023) in 'procedures for the nappy changing, as well as for reporting and recording accidents and injury' which couldn't ring more true to our experience!! Honestly anywhere is better than here. Save your children and peace of mind and go somewhere else!!!

  Great nursery, lovely staff. Both my kids love it here. So many activities, really good communication, great care.
