  Bright Horizons Kew Day Nursery has been excellent. The staff are deeply empathetic and welcoming — they listen, respond to each child’s needs, and treat everyone with kindness and respect. My toddler always seems excited to go in and clearly feels safe and valued. Teachers provide a stimulating, nurturing environment with age-appropriate activities that build confidence and social skills. Communication is reliable and thoughtful, with regular updates and photos. The nursery is clean, bright, and well-equipped, and leadership is professional and approachable. Highly recommended for any family seeking a caring, empathetic place where children truly feel at home.

  We have been thrilled with Bright Horizons Kew. Our son started nursery here a few months ago, and the teachers and staff have been nothing short of wonderful with him. They helped him feel comfortable enough to settle into the new routine quite quickly, and continue to support his interests and learning every day. Everyone has been organized, engaging, and helpful as we began our nursery journey. I love seeing the themed activities set up every morning, and we have been so excited to hear how is his speech and skills are developing when he's at home. The staff have been helpful and supportive as we navigate picky eating and dietary challenges, and the teachers always are engaged and patient with the children at pickup and drop off, providing an overview of the day. Our son is excited to go the nursery on most mornings, walking right inside looking for his friends without a big fuss. We feel so fortunate to have found this nursery right around the corner: truly a great team!

  Really well managed and professional nursery. Nicole manages an excellent team of staff who are warm, approachable and very knowledgable. They are happy to support food intolerances/allergies, fussy eating, specific sleep needs and routines. Special thanks to Subha, Shanzay and Ellie - our son looks forward to attending every day!

  A really lovely team at the nursey, in a nice setting with outdoor space. I have had 2 children here and the team are very warm and kind, very approachable. Sam has been great with my son- as a baby. Kat, Jamila and Abeba have looked after both of my kids. Both my kids have enjoyed attending. Nicola and Alena in the office are also very easily available and understanding if you have a query. Only 4 stars, as I found the head office funtion can be harder to contact and It would be lovely to see more investment in new toys.

  Fantastic carers but choosing bright horizons has proved to be a big mistake.... as an organisation bright horizons have made it clear that my son’s development means very little to them.
