The Macmillan Information and Support service at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust offers free support and information to those affected by cancer. Whether you are living with or beyond cancer, or you are a family member, friend or carer, we are here to support you. Our service offers the opportunity to talk to one of our team one-on-one, about whatever matters the most to you. We offer a range of support both face-to-face, via telephone and online. We run weekly online groups for those affected by cancer. These groups offer a space to connect with others, share experiences, and benefit from peer-to-peer support. Our Macmillan Benefits adviser can also offer patients of Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust tailored advice on any questions or concerns you may have in regard to your finances. We can help you to understand what money is available to you, as well as supporting you in completing applications for further support. We provide a wide range of literature, available in different formats and languages. Our face-to-face drop in service runs on Mondays and Thursdays between 09:00 to 15:00. Please visit our Pod between these times, if you would like to speak with a member of our team face-to-face. If you would like support from a member of our team outside of these times, please do call us and leave a message, or email us, and we will get back in touch as soon as possible.
