  Due to seeing several bad reviews here, we initially enrolled our daughter at another nursery but were horrified during the settling in and switched to this nursery immediately. She has been here now for 6 months and we could not be happier. She LOVES nursery, so much so that she happily sings the names of all the staff members at home. And when we get her ready in the morning and tell her she is going to nursery she runs to the front door excitedly. The staff are so loving and plan fun activities daily. We tell everyone how over the moon we are that we chose bright horizons New Eltham.

  I love New Eltham day nursery and preschool so much I drive 25mins to drop my son off. My daughter started at 2.5years and had the best experience I could ever want for her so this is why my son goes now. The staff are so friendly and take great care of the children even in these hard times. I have had so much support and my son and daughter have had so much quality care here. I would highly recommend New Eltham. I will be sad when we move house and have to move nurseries as the staff are just wonderful. Amazing love for the children and such great care they are worth the money I spend to put him in each week.

  My child started the nursery this year and absolutely loves it, the activities they do with them are brilliant and I have so many little bits to treasure that have been made. It has been really good for development and the key workers are amazing. Highly recommend.

  Our daughter (who is 4) has been going here since she turned 1, the staff are outstanding and you can tell how much they care for all of the children. They expose the children to such an amazing range of knowledge and activities, which I think will give them an amazing head start when they move on to school at 5. The office staff are very professional and organised and have all the policies in place that you would expect, they know how to handle dietary requirements, administering medicines, etc and are very supportive if you ever need any specific advice. It’s not cheap but I do think it is good value based on the excellent service they provide, they aim to attract and retain the best staff which is ultimately who you want looking after your child when you aren’t.
