The staff are kind, caring, and professional, creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive. Our son loves attending and has developed so much in confidence and learning. Communication is excellent, and the team always goes above and beyond to support both children and parents. We have been so impressed with our experience that we have already decided our daughter will attend as well. We highly recommend this nursery to any family looking for outstanding childcare. We have had a really lovely experience. The carers are warm, kind and caring, and the management team has always been very responsive. Our daughter comes home every day having learned new songs, words and little things that show how much she is growing and enjoying her time there. We also really appreciated how flexible the nursery was when we had to be away for several months, allowing us to keep her place. A big thank you to the Bright Horizons whole team for taking such good care of her.

The staff are consistently warm and friendly and they have played a huge role in giving him a strong sense of structure and routine. Highlights: - great activities, varied, always entertaining - my kids have learned so much on top of making great friends - great staff and a high ratio of staff / child which means constant close attention - never been any accident - some outdoor space + sometimes they take the kids to Hyde Park - extended opening hours which makes your life easy when you work - amazing reports and pictures every day so you can fully see what your kids are doing / eating and how much fun they are having And more importantly my daughter loves going there, every morning she asks if she is going to nursery today and has a huge smile if I say yes, then rushes to get ready with her bag
